Next Stop, YouTube!

For the last few weeks I feel I am starting to get my drive back after what has truly been forever. During my hiatus from life I came to a conclusion... I wanted to start a YouTube channel. I wanted to do this for many reasons but I will sum it up to a quick few:

- Documentation of my journey.

Life really knocked me in the gut this year and no matter how many times I try to pick myself up and dust myself off... the blows keep coming. Now I recognize this is not just me, but with that being said I did have a moment of clarity that brought me my new life mantra:

"Trust the Journey"

So I talked off theth ears of all of my friends about this YouTube channel until one very gentle push from a friend had me inspired.

- Transparency.

I have been asked many times to make a YouTube for the simple fact that people want to see my processes, and though I do intend to make those types of videos I felt that there is so much more I can show you. Art is about experimenting and getting messy and I want to share those moments of fun and success. As well as show my failures.... I find that some people think I stumble upon perfection in my pieces everytime. HA! I want to show the real side of art to the world.

- Also of course for the laughs!

I hope your willing to stick with me though this strange journey, I do plan to post every other week... as I learn to edit faster I might be able to go to once a week. But only time will tell on that one.
