Where did the name Moonstruck Artistry come from?

Moonstruck; (adjective). To be affected by or as if by the moon: such as romantically sentimental or lost in fantasy

The word Moonstruck has stuck with me for a long time. So long in fact, I think I first came across the word in middle school, while trying to formulate the perfect MySpace name to go with my precisely picked out background and the accompanying teen angst sound track. When it first rolled off my tongue it felt both dark and quirky with a hint of charm, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Thus Mikaila Moonstruck made her first appearance into the world.

Fast forward many years later to 2018, and I find myself at a cross roads: looking to potentially build a business or hang up my dream again for a little while and return to my office job. Call me crazy but I got lost in the Moonstruck fantasy... I saw my self building every one of my crazy ideas to share with the world on my own terms.

So now here I am, trusting my journey, and following my own path. Admittedly, I am terrified to venture out on my own like this, because unlike in my past there is no safety net. But don't call me crazy.... call me Moonstruck!
